Calendar elevation and button placement #33

The current calendar looks great but i think we could improve the look somewhat.

The surfaces on the main calendar screen could have some elevation to distinguish them as separate parts.
The delete button in the calendar editor could possible be placed differently to make the user interactions more uniform across the app.

Thoughts about these changes are very much welcome!
