GitHub wasn't able to parse the CITATION.cff file, I updated it by converting the BibTeX of the RSI paper (which is presumably what we want cited, not the preprint) to CFF format. This seems to make the "cite this repository" link in the sidebar work correctly, which I guess is the point.
