tProc v2 updates and new firmware blocks

As usual - this should not affect normal use, this is just a lot of changes for work-in-progress firmware.

• tProc v2 now supports all current generators and readouts
• mux gen v3 is now supported
• PFB readout v3 is supported with basic functionality and limited testing
