Rework Example Notebooks

Description

It turns out, that my initial idea of splitting the reader notebooks into simple and full is was not the right way. It turns out, that we have a lot of code duplication and maintaining two versions is also a tedious task.

I'd suggest to combine those example notebooks into one for each reader.
