How about releasing the recent changes as xradar v0.0.9?
I'm eager to test the newly added functionality over at
wradlib. I'm feeling that xradar backends related code might already be in a usable state.In this PR I've added documentation and did some tweaks to the package metadata. @mgrover1 please add to the below list of todo's or just push any necessary changes to this branch.
