See here https://www.trainsim.com/vbts/showthread.php?332533-AI-horn-questions&p=1959054#post1959054 . When a locomotive has DoesHornTriggerBell set to 1 in .eng file and when there are automatic horn blows for AI trains (either at crossings ot at specific WPs), the bell plays forever.
