The locomotives featured here form the core of what I am referring to in the bug report and I am using the most recent versions of the models.....the 2010 updates, essentially.

Title: Brake & sound glitches on MILW electrics.
Status in Open Rails Tracker: New
Bug description: The MILW electric locomotive types ("Little Joe", "Boxcab" and "Bi- Polar") specifically created a couple of years ago for use on Jerry Sullivan's (& Lukas Lusser) Rocky Mountains Division route(s) do not operate correctly in Open Rails....any version.
When applying the train brakes, using the F5 monitor readout, they go into emergency and can't be released until the train is stopped.
When returning after saving a situation, if the dynamic brakes have been on when the state-of-play is saved then wheel-slip is automatically invoked on return and the speedo readout is zero.
There are repetitions of the dynamic brake latching sounds....I counted 27 in a row one time. The sound just keeps repeating.
