DebugShader.xnb is a file that comes with Open Rails. The only ways for it to be missing is if something has deleted it (unlikely) or the zip was not extracted correct (likely). Please make absolutely certain that you extract the zip with "preserve directories/folders" enabled or there's no way it'll work. :)

P.S. You're trying to use version 0.9 which is getting a bit old now; you'll probably find the latest experimental release is much better. You can get it from http://openrails.org/experimental.html

Thanks James, I'll uninstall and redo OpenRails as soon as I return from some errands. I wish I could be some help developing this item, but at 75, my programming skills pretty much ran out after Visual-C and I haven't written anything in that for some years. You will know just how old I really am, when I tell you that as an adjunct professor at Marshall U. back in the '80s, I taught Fortran-77.

Thanks again James, Removed old version of OR and loaded the experimental version and it works fine.
