In MSTS Variable1 (which is linked to wheel rotation) is zeroed at zero throttle. This is not so in OR. See http://www.elvastower.com/forums/index.php?/topic/27718-steam-exhaust-strokes-controlled-twotimes-in-sms-stream/ .
