I got the following error while trying to run a new route: "A fatal error has occured and Open Rails cannot continue. System.IO.InvalidDataException: Player train original position not clear. This error may be due to bad data or a bug."

Hi Ankur,

Looks like the path Karjat CST FF does not fit the route Mumbai2011 very well.

Please try exploring the route from other starting points. Do they work OK? Is it just Karjat CST FF that contains bad data?

Hope that helps,

Chris

Ankur, for your run you selected the consist hotbox.con. This is a standard MSTS consist that includes the Dash9 and some wagons. From your logfile I see that there is no Dash9 in your TRAINSET folder. If you want the route with this consist, you have to select a consist that has locos and wagons that you have in your TRAINSET folder. I see that you have already a thread on www.trainsim.com on it, where they are helping you. Sorry, but this isn't an Open Rails bug.
