The combined throttle / train brake from the attached train does not work in OR, but does in MSTS.

To be specific: I don't really know if the combined throttle / train break is the reason, but I guess it. I just can't get the train to drive, but in MSTS it is working.

I could not find a package from Open Rails in Ubuntu. If you know one, please mark it via "Also affects distribution/package".
