Remove conditional checks for install/uninstall #4

When a new version is released, the src folder name changes (/usr/src/openrazer-driver-) which means that the dkms instalation and setup becomes invalid since it can no longer find the dkms.conf file, resulting on modules not being rebuild for the current (or newer) kernel.

Hopefully it doesn't break on openSUSE :shrug:
