Display only alerts in a graph #147

This PR resolves #139 to allow display only alerts object in the graph. In new approach alerts namespace is determined before filtering.

Because of the many changes since this PR was opened there was no sense in resolving conflicts, especially that this implementation had some bugs. The PR solved the issue in #180.
