This PR introduces link labels in RCA dashboards containing trajectory strength. Label orientation to be determined -> status WIP.

@k-jano Good work 👍 Please, find my styling suggestions:

Let's align edge labels to the center of each edge (if possible).
Add text background to highlight labels on top of the edge (if label and edge overlap they get "fuzzy"), something similar to this:

For the latter consider the text-shadow CSS property (docs).
