Service Net Interface Auto populate Search Bar

• search bar will be centered in the top header white bar
• The search bar will say inside "Find organization by name, keyword, necessity"

(We will keep the same style as it shows on the filter records section os service net

• When you click on the search bar

• Not case sensitive

• A list of services will drop down (just like the service type in the filter records section)

• Parenting

• Rental Assitance

• Job Training

• Childcare and Preschool Program Enrollment

• Mental Health

• Etc.

• As you start typing the list will start minimizing based on the letters inputted
  Example:

• If I start typing, it will automatically eliminate options that don’t fit the criteria

• Not case sensitive

• If numerical are entered

• Show entries that start with a 2 in this example

• Suggest entries with 2 in the name in this example

• If no numbers in the record names

• “No options”

• When you hover over the specific need, turn blue, as it already does

When hit enter/return, the Search Click animation turns the button green(The same color as Add a New Record button) with Search as White text.

please see #1171 for my feedback. I think this task could apply to the main homepage and essentially become 'auto complete' for search based on either Service Name (free text from user) or the Service Type (conserved vocabulary) which I think is a good idea.
