Zip code default location

• Sometimes when I log in, my map view is in a totally different area
• Have the default location on the map be the Bay Area
• Have all the pings on it

Not sure of the status of this or if it should be closed as irrelevant now. i just noticed it wasnt on the product board so im adding it back
