SP Beneficiary History "Inbound Referral History" tab

Purpose

Provide users a new tab to see not just the outbound referral history as it stands in service net, but an inbound with all the similar info to the current state of "referral history"

Users

Service Providers in order to showcase what the analytics portal can/will provide

Features

add a new tab on the landing page of "Beneficiary History"
Currently, we have two tabs, "Referral History" & "Number of Referrals"
Rename "Referral History" to "Outbound Referral History"
first tab will be "Inbound Referral History" and have the second tab be the newly names "Outbound Referral History"
this new tab mimics what is currently in place in "Referral History," but provides insights at the beneficiaries referred from an organization

Condition for outbound tab

if the SP only owns one record, don't show the referred from in the outbound tab (we want to avoid repetition of the same referring from name when the SP only owns one record

"Condition for the inbound tab"

same logic as above, we would remove the referred to org column if the user only owns one record in order to avoid name repetition

the new tab will gather all data of referrals made to a CBO and show that

for example, Fodd pantry will be able to see all referrals coming to their site in the inbound referral section instead of what we currently show, all referrals being sent out

Tested

the Inbounded Referral History tab was added and Referral History was renamed to Outbound Referral History
if the SP only owns one record, we don't show the referred from in the outbound/ inbound tab

Please change the tabs in the mobile version to remind those on the mockup
I create a new account with only 1 "your record" organization, I clicked Refer button on two Organizations and made a Referral. When I go to the Outbound Referral History I can see that these records are duplicated on this list, please let me know if I should create a separate task for it? User: Alicja123456, pass: benetech

Tested with success

Mobile view tabs are fixed
There is no duplicated records after referring organizations
