Service Provider: only providing updates new view

User Story

As a SP only using Service Net to update 10+ records, I don't want to scroll through all the records in the my own records section. I want to have a button to display them under the search bar so that I can find the records faster

Description

create a new user role profile: "ROLE_EDITOR_RECORD_UPDATE_ONLY"
this user will have the same clearance as the "ROLE_USER"
the difference will be how the records to edit will be displayed since this type of users won't be referring/checking in any beneficiaries and with many records to update, it'll be easier to have a button to have all owned records show up under the search bar
goal: for users with many records only doing updates, provide a button for them to switch the view from scrolling through owned records and have them populate under the search bar so users updating the many records will be easier
on the "Have more data to contribute" add the "Show All My Records" button only to this user role
once the user clicks on the button populate all records under the search fields
all records under the search bar should be updatable
all records should be searchable and looked up with the different filters in the case this user has 100+ records, we want to provide a fast and efficient way to look for the record the user will be updating

*Given I am a SP that will only update many records, I want to have a clear fast view of all my records so that I can find the one that I need to faster and or search for it for faster efficiency

@EnriqueCorado dev suggestion: since the role is more of the editor one, we may consider changing the title for the role. e.g. ROLE_ADMIN_RECORD_UPDATE_ONLY -> ROLE_USER_RECORD_UPDATE_ONLY or ROLE_ADMIN_RECORD_UPDATE_ONLY -> ROLE_EDITOR_RECORD_UPDATE_ONLY
