HSDA 2.0 SQL spec ? #109

A few folks have expressed that the HSDA SQL spec (actually in the /specification repo here) has been useful in a rapid/basic deployment of a database + API.

I don't know if the new HSDA 2.0 proposal already has a SQL spec that I just haven't found yet, or if this can be added to the list of things to do as part of the upgrade?

I'll be publishing JSON Schema for v2.0 of HSDA. I will also have a MySQL database specification for it, but we should look at formalizing the creation of SQL scripts for a variety of platforms.

We will be archiving this repository soon. We're closing this issue because we believe it has been conclusively addressed as part of work on the main HSDS standard.

In this case, the HSDS schema tools generate database schemas which may be imported and used
