Important fixes for broken build of the website #16

Hey Kin,

sorry mate - I messed things up a bit with my previous PR, as I forgot to check the website with the '/api-specification' base URL. I have added the 'site.baseurl' property in _config.yml file which is used as as prefix in all href elements that point to relative URLs.

I have launched a cloned version of the site through my fork here. Please check it out (and locally this time if you can) and merge the fixes, as your site is unusable since the last merge.

Just saw that you fixed that in parallel. Cool. Just be aware that in my PR there is a fix in the Discussions page as well. In your version it's still broken. If you want just merge my changes by hand in this file.
