Fix the build #38

Build is failing on travis CI (though not locally), due to file reference issues. Should move to using the Fake File System gem for tests anyway, which should resolve the problem.

The build now appears to be failing because the test db on Travis does not contain the test data needed to generate the files. We need to set up or stub the source database in tests.
