Date of Last Complete Update;
Date of Last Interim Modification/Partial Update;
Contact for Updating Purposes

We need a further discussion on CRUD and how this impacts both Ohana and the OpenReferral spec. I'm unsure at what level do provide metadata. Should it be at each service/location or for the entire organization?
