Clean up tags - we have both "v2.0.1" and "2.0.1" and they are different! #251

Note that it's http://docs.openreferral.org/en/v2.0.1/ that is enabled at the docs site.

Closing as we've got a fairly tidy-ish set of releases, with no collisions. From 2.0.1, we prefix the versions with v. there has been a change, but there is no longer e..g "2.0.1" AND "v2.0.1".
