Ability to resize dev tools in session replay #627

Hi, We would like to be able to resize (vertically) the devtools tab in the session recording. Thanks!

@AaronDovTurkel With vertical scale option, would you be okay with small preview of the session (as it would scale down to accommodate space for dev tools).?

It would be better if you can just overlay the preview with the dev tools.
