fedora aarch64 builds failing #229

I am removing Fedora aarch64 builds because they have been failing and preventing releases.

I've tried multiple times over the month.

Errors during downloading metadata for repository 'updates':
  - Status code: 404 for https://d2lzkl7pfhq30w.cloudfront.net/pub/fedora/linux/updates/35/Everything/aarch64/repodata/repomd.xml (IP: 13.226.206.205)
  - Status code: 404 for https://dl.fedoraproject.org/pub/fedora/linux/updates/35/Everything/aarch64/repodata/repomd.xml (IP: 38.145.60.22)
  - Status code: 404 for http://dl.fedoraproject.org/pub/fedora/linux/updates/35/Everything/aarch64/repodata/repomd.xml (IP: 38.145.60.23)
Error: Failed to download metadata for repo 'updates': Cannot download repomd.xml: Cannot download repodata/repomd.xml: All mirrors were tried

Check it out later and bring it back when fixed.

I was able to bring this back with 1.21.4.3-1.
