Update debian and other images #240

  1. Since bookworm build is available it should be also deployed as a base image.
  2. There is also a 1.21.4.3 release but not as a docker image.

Thanks for your report. I'm closing this in favor of #232 and #238. I've added bookworm and updated the others, but not all flavors are building yet. If it takes more than today, I'll do it on a branch or something.
