Rebuild image tag "alpine" CVE-2024-25062 #250

The currently published image openresty/openresty:alpine is vulnerable trough libxml2 version 2.11.6. A rebuild based on the already updated alpine base image should fix this situation.

I just released 1.25.3.1-3 so a new build and minor fixes. Thanks for the heads up.
