Add NGINX Reference for NGINX Package with Headers-More Already Included #149

I followed the readme installation instructions to discover that building NGINX from source leaves out a lot of the configuration that my distros package maintainers include.

Upon more digging I found that there is an NGINX page that has the package installation commands for NGINX with Headers-More included.

Could a reference to this page be added under the installation instructions before the build from source instructions?
