Added Travis CI integration #25

Now we can test build and ngx-relang built fines in less than 1 minute using Travis thanks to the fast spawn time of the container based builder.

@dndx Just a reminder, ngx-releng does not return non-zero exit code when it finds anything. Otherwise it looks good.
