feature: added openresty.com link and changed search input position #74

There is no outstanding openresty.com link on the Desktop version of index page similar to the mobile version?

@agentzh It's on the upper right corner, along with GitHub icon users mn desktop screen shot 2017-12-21 at 12 14 02 am And I also added a link on the sidebar: jietu20171221-095208

If not acceptable, I will try to change the upper right corner design later.

@bambooom It's confusing since both the .org and .com sites use the same logo.

As I actually tried to put the blue openresty.com icon on the upper right corner, it's weird...

@agentzh recovered the previous optimization for template compilation and added the same for css compilation.
