Script to release reviews and metareviews of 'complete' papers
I added the request form ids for June, July, August in the script to make it easier to run, we can add the rest of the months as needed.
Run like this: python release-reviews.py --baseurl xx --username xx--password xx --month June with month being June, July or August
python release-reviews.py --baseurl xx --username xx--password xx --month June
