Assignment stats: If the assignment is to another group, change "Papers" to group name

Currently in the stats page for a matching, the graphs all use the word "Papers". But for SAC to AC assignments for example, assignments are not done with papers but between groups. It would be nice if we could update the wording to reflect that. Is this possible @xkopenreview?

how about the calculations does the pc still want to see similar info? i suppose some calculations will need to be changed and the links to edge browser when clicking the histogram will also break

Why would the calculations change? I think the calculations are still correct, just that the labels are wrong

based on the logic the calculation will be off when the ac has no profile. it looks fine when ac has profile so i will make a pr to correct the labels/axis text first
