Feature/ Moderation - fetch urls in profile preview #2101

this pr should have the profile preview to auto fetch urls and show an icon to indicate the status

check: the destination server responded, doesn't mean it's a valid homepage/url of the user
cross: the server failed to respond, maybe the url is invalid

and it serves as an indicator for the moderator

added search links to facilitate email search please take a look at changes in ad11937

Does this search both Bing and Google? Or one or the other

i use bing most often but both link are included it's just a link to search the email with quote, you will need to click on the link to see the search results

looks like all fetch calls are blocked by nginx except for dblp urls so maybe feching urls should be removed
