This issue was created by revision r968.

For each OP, it was either mapped to the corresponding IRI in ISF (mostly RO numerical IRIs), or the property and its axioms were moved to eagle-i-local.owl. The mappings and actions are recorded in the Excel working sheet.

Fixed an import and moved one more OP.
