Will involve both changing preferred label for ‘has_sequence_alteration’ from ‘Genetic Alteration(s)’ to ‘Causative Mutations’ and changing preferred label for ‘sequence_alteration’ from ‘Genetic Alteration’ to “Causative Mutation’.

Holding off for now -- Richard has raised the possibility of reorganizing this entire hierarchy to include new Parent 'Genetic facet' with children:

Needs further discussion.
