Merged source/source.owl, functional syntax, moved DOID to mireot folder and import chain #660

This PR merges many files under source/ into a single source.owl to simplify working with source files. The merged files are various source/*.owl and two SKOS files (the arg and vivo ones) from the source-skos/ directory. Root catalog file was updated and isf-dev.owl opens cleanly in Protege.

Also, all OWL files re-written to the functional syntax.

An axiom diff was done over the import closure of isf-dev.owl (against the current upstream develop branch) and this PR does not cause any axiom changes.

@vivo-isf/dev-team, please comment on this PR within few days if you have any concerns or questions. This PR will be merged within a week if no concerns are raised against this PR.

No comments? I like the idea of having the functional syntax as the default one. Not sure about merging the files, why do you think it will 'simplify working with source files'?
