Add ISNI as a data property #698

Add ISNI as a data property. ISNI is used to identify people and organizations. Se http://isni.org

While ORCiD is a subset of the ISNI numbering space, ORCiD is treated differently in VIVO-ISF, as an object property pointing to the ORCiD URI.

Low impact

this is an addition to the ontology. No impact on current data, queries, or software. Some sites may have implemented isni locally. They may wish to convert from their local ontology extension to the VIVO-ISF property when implemented. Support in the form of documentation should be provided if we find sites that are in this situation.
