Assign a parent class to bibo:DocumentStatus #701

bibo:DocumentStatus should be asserted to be an subClass of something. As it is, no subClass assertion is present, creating an orphan with respect to BFO.

Low Impact

We can provide a CONSTRUCT that sites can run to add the parent class assertion to their DocumentStatus individuals (9 individuals). Queries for parent classes will now include the DocumentStatus individuals. Distributed abox file will contain the new assertions for the individuals. The issue is rather obscure, but cleans up the VIVO ontology -- one less loose end -- we are currently unable to answer the questions "what kind of entity is a DocumentStatus?"
