Create recommendations for the use of xsd:string and xsd:langString #721

With RDF 1.1, the distinction between xsd:langString and xsd:string becomes more important.

Develop recommendations resulting in a wiki page for VIVO-ISF, describing how these are used in the ontology.

No impact on code or ontology. Simply a wiki page regarding the use of these elements in ontology files and in data being loaded to VIVO.
