Deprecate vivo:Catalog in favor of dcat:Catalog and move to be subclass of bibo:Collection

The VIVO Catalog class seems more similar to the dcat:CatalogRecord class (a dataset entry in a catalog), while dcat:Catalog is a "collection of data, published or curated by a single agent, and available for access or download in one or more formats." – hence better as a subclass of bibo:Collection in the ISF

Low Impact.

• I found no instances of vivo:Catalog in the code -- all references are solely in the ontology.
• I believe the use of vivo:Catalog in existing VIVO implementation triple stores is quite rare. In Dave Eichmann's data, I found 24 instances of vivo:Catalog at 5 sites.

Sites using vivo:Catalog would need to change their triples which refer to vivo:Catalog, from vivo:Catalog to the new class, and change any queries they may have that refer to vivo:Catalog to refer to the new class.

No changes to the VIVO or Vitro software would be needed as a result of implementing this issue.
