This issue arose from discussing scenarios from UF's International Center (UFIC): Two institutions may have a cooperative/reciprocal agreement. Information on these agreements (including contact information, type of agreement, UF departments/units involved/responsible) is collected by UFIC. They are tied to 1) a specific college 2) a specific faculty member. This can be modeled by current core:Agreement.

Each agreement may have multiple partnerships underneath it. These could be modeled by sub-Agreements or a subclass called Partnership. Properties would be similar to Agreement. Attachments

It is related to defining a new ontology model. I see it as a medium impact change.
