Implement the styles/theme according to work of the designers #74

Some designers in Copenhagen are working on the design of the overall service package website for the VIRT-EU project.

We will be provided with a design document that says what design elements should look like: colours, typefaces, buttons, input fields and so on. We will have to match the look of PESIA with the look given to us by the designers
