Add probes to test public DNS services (Google, Police and OpenDNS)

@dantheta I can add three probes to my home network which you can then set up to do this.

Noting this: re OpenDNS I think we could usefully get info from this as it will be used in many places. It has a kind of default setting we could use for testing.

This is interesting: OpenDNS expose their user tagging info (presumably not all info) eg:

https://domain.opendns.com/openrightsgroup.org

Only signed-in OpenDNS members can "flag for review".

We could provide a link to those pages from an OpenDNS result.

I can't see an API, but it would be good if we could scrape the categories out of the OpenDNS page
