Don't display protocol for improved readability #308

For readability and usability purposes, could we consider dropping the protocol names (e.g. http://, https://) from being displayed on the site and just displaying the domains instead?

Displaying this information leads to a cluttered interface and seems like it ought to only be useful if we're seeing a difference between blocks on certain protocols. Might be wrong, but as I understand it, most of the filter blocks are DNS blocks, so should be the same no matter what protocol or port is being used.

This would definitely improve the legal blocks and reported sites pages (basically, anywhere there are URLs in a table).
