Clarify the "No Adult" filter level on status page #309

The probe status page lists Virgin Media lines' filter status as "No Adult", which is ambiguous as to whether this means "No Adult Filter" or "No Adult Content".

This should probably be changed to "Unfiltered" to match the others (or something like "Disabled", if you're reserving "Unfiltered" for ISPs like A&A who don't even implement the IWF's lists)

@dantheta – Can we change the filter level text "No Adult" to "Adult filters off"? Or is there a better label we could use?
