Show if the site is a domain parking site #319

I've been going through old court-ordered blocks, and many now are pointing at either "domain for sale" or "domain parking" sites. This status should be recorded and surfaced in the web interface.

1) presumably there are a number of IP addresses used by these services so some amount can be automated.

2) the feedback form has a "domain is for sale" but no "domain parking" statement. ("domain is squatted" implies that the domain is being used by someone other than the expected owner, but in many cases that's difficult to determine.

Added a new feedback option. Searching for "registered" in the front page seems to find quite a lot of these.

We haven't added any automation for spotting parking sites yet. It could be one to keep on the ideas pile. I'm thinking that the probe patterns config could include a set of patterns that can be matched for any network (a global pattern list) that might be handy for spotting parked/for-sale domains, large hosting provider holding pages, domain seizure/pipcu etc.
