Storage-wise it isn't too huge at all. To keep a single (latest) version of each blocked URL/network combination would add a few gig. I need to sort out archiving off some of the older results, since the database is getting pretty close to 100GB now.
Yes, that's a good point. Where would the archived results go?
For injunction / court orders only:
I think it would be helpful for people to see / read the block pages, even when these are only available within a network.
Would it be possible to cache the block page html, and make it available, in the way Google search or archive.org does, and how hard / expensive in hardware terms would this be?
