EU subdomains #332

Present per-country results at subdomains, eg

be.netblocked.eu

Link these from the 'filter by country tool if practical.

Added subdomains for be, fr, nl, dk, no, de, at, fi, es, pt. Visiting any of the subdomains pre-selects that country's results, and offers an "all regions" button.
