Allow filtering of the probe status page #374

Can we allow filtering of the data on the probe status page?

When checking whether our probes are running, it would be useful to be able to filter the probes by (in order of usefulness) Status, Supplied by, Filter level, and Filters Enabled.

I'd like, for example, to see probes that are 'all of' and 'any of':
