Exclude BT Strict sites from Unblock another site section on Thank you page #383

After making an unblock request for a site, we redirect people to a thank you page that suggests making another unblock request.

Can we exclude URLs that are only blocked by BT Strict from those suggestions? URLs blocked by BT Strict and another filter as well should still be suggested.
